1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bx33" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the bx33 online gaming platform accessible at https://bx33.io and its operating entity.
• "Platform" — the bx33 website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bx33 Platform.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on the bx33 Platform by an individual Player.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by a Player and held in their bx33 Account, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded by bx33 subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and ancillary features provided on the Platform.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transaction currency on the Platform, represented by the ৳ symbol.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bx33 Platform or creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside the bx33 Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the bx33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bx33 does not permit minors to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, not on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity.
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or self-exclusion agreement that would prevent you from engaging in online gaming or betting.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bx33, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds. Depositing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold one and only one Account on the bx33 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. bx33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration data.

• All registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
• You are responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any other person.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bx33 support immediately at [email protected].
• bx33 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bx33 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bx33, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bx33 does not charge a fee for deposits, but third-party transaction charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the amounts involved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bx33 processes withdrawal requests within five (5) business hours during support hours (09:00–02:00 BST). Withdrawal requests submitted outside support hours will be processed from 09:00 BST on the following day.

• bx33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may require submission of identity and source-of-funds documentation.
• Deposits or withdrawals suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse will be withheld pending investigation.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from an account not registered in your own name — are prohibited and will be reversed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bx33 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• bx33 applies a standard wagering order: Real Money Balance is staked before Bonus Balance unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, device, and IP address unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• bx33 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or expire any bonus at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular gameplay patterns, coordinated betting, or abuse of promotional mechanics will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to Account suspension.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bx33 Platform are supplied by licensed, third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real time by trained dealers. bx33 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game studio and are independently audited.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during play, bx33 will investigate and, where possible, restore the game state. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player.
• Cricket and sports betting odds are set by bx33's pricing team and may be adjusted at any time before a market is settled. In-play odds are updated in real time and accepted bets are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• bx33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error is identified, where the outcome is already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bx33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful means.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain a statistical advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information during live dealer games, or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent normal game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between third parties.
• Abusing the bx33 customer support team through threatening, offensive, or harassing communications.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bx33 Platform, including but not limited to the bx33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of bx33 or its respective licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bx33.

Game content — including game software, graphics, audio, and animations — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Use of such content outside the bx33 Platform is subject to those studios' own intellectual property terms.

10 Privacy & Data

bx33 collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the bx33 Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and communication of promotional offers.

bx33 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, or where necessary to process payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or partner banking institutions. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bx33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or disruption of service.

bx33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party system failures, or factors outside bx33's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. bx33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your bx33 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your designated payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

bx33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure or fund withholding.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the age or eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

13 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bx33 Account.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit an account closure request before the effective date.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bx33 operates the Platform in good faith as a safe and reliable online gaming service. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

bx33 makes no representation that the Platform or its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its operating territory. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is at the player's own risk and bx33 accepts no liability arising from such access.
